I've been thinking a lot about the topic of today's video recently. Many DC's I've worked with are getting into the wrong kinds of relationships with their patients. It results in them shooting themselves in the foot.

Even worse, it prevents their patients from achieving their ideal results, and from generating genuine and enthusiastic referrals.

And not only is it a key aspect of patient care, but it's vital to have a good working relationship with associates. It's the difference between them leaving in a year or two, vs staying and helping you to really build the practice you want.
