Meet Chris

I help Clinicians get better results through honest, ethical and effective communication. I've been training colleagues since 2013, both with the Royal College of Chiropractors Specialist Pain Faculty, and independent seminars throughout the UK.

I've spoken internationally on communication skills and patient-centred care. I'm currently the lead Tutor for the Royal College's South East Thames Faculty, a guest lecturer at London South Bank University, and recently collaborated with the Royal College in the development of their new Communication Practice Standards. I was the winner of the British Chiropractic Associations "Chiropractors Chiropractor" Excellence Award in 2022.

In 2017 I launched Patient Centred Training to provide more educational opportunities for colleagues. Since then I've gone on to train hundreds of clinicians to effectively connect and build trust with their patients.

How long does the program take?

Because this program is so jam-packed with content, it's unrealistic to expect you to take it all in the first time. To make sure you have the chance to revisit the material and approach it from multiple angles, the program takes place over the course of 12 months.

You can expect to complete the core online modules within 3-4 months, after which the live webinars and bonus modules ensure you fully integrate these skills into your everyday practice. Whilst nearly everyone experiences significant results within the first couple of months, by the end of the year you can expect these skills to have become second nature!

Do I have to renew my Certified Patient Centred Practitioner™ status every year?

No - once you have become certified, you don't have to keep paying to retain that status. You will have the option to update your certification in the future if you should wish, but this is not mandatory. Unlike most certification programs, your certification will never be "taken away" because you didn't want to keep paying a yearly fee.

Do I Get Lifetime Access to the course?
